- For all components submitted for warranty, you must provide a minimum of 10% photos (e.g., 100 carts and 50 lids= 10 photos of carts, 5 photos of lids)
- If the required information is not provided, the processing of your claim will be delayed or denied.
- If all requirements have not been submitted within 30 days after initial warranty submission, your warranty claim, will automatically be denied.
